Mark the dates in the calendar – The Rose of Tralee International Festival, one of Ireland’s top festivals, returns to Tralee, Co Kerry from 18th to 22nd August in 2023.
The heart of the festival is the selection of the Rose of Tralee which brings women of Irish descent from around the world to Co Kerry, Ireland for a global celebration of Irish culture.
The festival also includes street entertainment, carnival, live outdoor concerts, theatre, circus, street markets, funfair, fireworks and our internationally renowned parades. This year coinciding with the Festival is Féile Thrá Lí, a thrilling five-day extravaganza taking place from 18th to 22nd August 2023. Experience captivating parades, immerse yourself in infectious live music and street theatre while exploring bustling markets brimming with local treasures. The night sky will come alive with our breathtaking fireworks display, creating an enchanting atmosphere.
Led by Kerry County Council in collaboration with Tralee Vintners and supported by Tralee Chamber Alliance, Fáilte Ireland and the wider business community in the town, this festival perfectly showcases the unique spirit and charm of Tralee and County Kerry.
